We appreciate you showing interest in Bound. We take the satisfaction of our clients and participants seriously. We have clear policies regarding payments, refunds and cancellations for all our programs and services.

Please take the time to read the following policy carefully before signing up for our services and learning programs. Just like any other online transaction, you are accepting our Terms & Conditions when you buy a course, retreat, service or mentorship package from Bound.

Payments

Bound has a payment first policy.
We require complete payments to be made before clients and participants can avail of our retreats, courses, and mentorship programs. Failure to pay the applicable fee may mean the withdrawal of access to the program.
For certain services, we accept payments in installments during the course of the service. All payments need to be made before we submit the final deliverables to the client.
Once payment is made, there will be no changes, modifications, or refunds given.

Duration

Services:
All of Bound’s services need to be availed of within 6 months from the date of payment. After this period, the service will expire and a new payment would be required to avail of the same.

Mentorship Program:
Each mentorship program package has a fixed timeline (for e.g. 15 sessions over 6 months). All sessions must be availed within the duration set within the package. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire and a new package will need to be purchased.

Courses and Retreats:
All courses and retreats will be bound by the duration set by Bound. Any additional guidance or service offered as a part of a course / retreat will be completed within 2 weeks after the course and retreat dates.

Cancellations

Bound retains the right to reschedule or cancel any course / retreat / program or alter its format if needed. Participants and clients will be notified and refunded in case of a cancellation from our end.

All cancellations from a client or participant for a Bound service, course or retreat will not be refunded.

Mentorship Program:
Any cancellations on individual sessions need to be made at least 24 hours in advance via message and email to the mentor and the Bound Team. If a session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it will be considered completed to respect the mentor’s time.

Refunds

If Bound decides to cancel or discontinue a program, we will provide a full refund to participants on all costs. If the dates or timings of a course or program are altered, we will inform the participants and pick a slot that suits everyone. If such a slot cannot be found, we will refund the participant’s costs.

However, we do not issue refunds in the following circumstances:
  • If a participant changes their mind and decides not to participate in the course / retreat / program
  • If a participant does not show up for the course.
  • If a participant has paid a deposit to confirm their seat to a certified course or retreat, but decides to discontinue payments and give up their seat, no refund will be provided on the deposit.
  • If a participant has made a partial payments over and above the deposit to confirm their seat to a certified course or retreat, but decides to discontinue payments and give up their seat, no refunds will be provided.

Transfers

All services and programs at Bound are non-transferable and cannot be transferred to other individuals if the original participant is unable to avail of it.

In some cases, we accept the transfer of payments between programs and services for the same individual. For instance, if an individual decides to use the payment made for a mentorship program to avail of our book editing services instead. However, this option will only be available within 3 months of making the original payment.

Deferrals

Participants can defer admission for long-term certified courses and retreats in case of emergencies and unforeseen circumstances.

Bound retains the right to make changes to this policy’s terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
